Getting Started
Pick which way you need to use the site and let the guide help.
For players
You need the direct link your alliance or state has shared to fill out the form.
Your state's link
Every state has its own address, made of two parts — the state number and a short name your leaders picked:
State 964
2026-08-08 War
2026-08-08
The signup form. Fields your leaders added appear alongside these.
Filling it in
- In-game name
- Copy your in game name and paste it here.
- Troop focus
- Your specific troop type.
- Full march for another class
- Optional. Tick this only if you can field a complete march of another class — it lets captains slot you in other troop type towers when needed.
- March size
- Your troop count for one march.
- Rally size
- Your rally size (not including your own troops). Put scramble enhanced size if you have that research.
- Availability
- First shift, second shift, or both. Choosing both gives captains the most room and may get you into both shifts of the same tower.
- Tower captain
- Tick it if you're willing to lead. A few extra questions appear when you do.
If you're asked for an access code
Some states turn on an extra code. If yours has, a box appears at the bottom of the form and your signup won't go through without it. It's shared wherever your link was.
Save yourself the typing next time
Making an account is optional, but if you do, everything you entered comes back pre-filled at the next WK signup and you only adjust what changed. Use Log in in the top-right corner. Your answers are remembered per state, so playing in two states never mixes them up.
Checking who else signed up
Add /roster to your state's link to see the turnout board.
It shows each alliance's numbers by troop tier, and the list of who's
in. Player numbers — march size, rally size, power — are never shown
publicly; only your leaders see those.

Setting up a state
Anyone can create a space for their state. Whoever creates it owns that space.
Go to /signup or back to the main landing page, make an
account if you haven't, and fill in two things: your in-game state
number, and the link you want. You'll see the finished address update
live as you type.
Set up your state
Your signup page will live at wk-signup.vercel.app/s/964/964-sgc
Two states can share a number
The state number isn't unique on purpose. If two alliances in 964 each want their own space, that's fine — they just need different links (964-sgc and 964-obl). Neither can see the other's events, signups or rosters. This is useful if you don't have one shared signup space and allow each alliance admins in that one space. It means your link distributed to players will change each time though.
Your share link and access code
Admin Settings shows your full signup link and roster link, ready to copy into Discord. Below that you can turn on an access code — a shared word players must type to submit. With one set, even a leaked link can't be used to dump fake signups.
Adding people who help you run it
On Admin Settings → People in this state you can grant admin access by email. They get the full dashboard for your state and nothing anywhere else. You can revoke it just as easily; revoking removes their access here without touching their account or their signups.
Admins can run every event — towers, rosters, attendance, boxes. Only an owner can add or remove admins, change the link, set the access code, and permanently delete an event.
Running an event
This part is a sequence — each step feeds the next, and the tabs across the top of an event follow the same order.
The seven tabs inside one event, left to right in the order you use them.
Create the event
On Events, give it a label and a date. Every event starts as a draft and moves through four states:
Draft Open Locked Completed
Only an Open event accepts signups, and only one is served by your public link at a time. Set it to Locked when signups close so nobody sneaks in while you're building rosters.
A new event automatically gets the five towers — Hub, North, East, South, West, across both shifts — with the same troop classes as your last event. You're not rebuilding it every time.
Towers
Set which troop class each tower fields this war. You most likely have a usual split, e.g. two Fighter, two Rider, one Shooter, but you can change any of them — the assignment engine reads whatever you set. You can also set which towers get which troop type.
Captains are assigned later, once you can see who signed up. A tower's capacity comes from its captain's rally size.
Signups
Everything that came in through the form. Search and filter by alliance, class, availability or captains-only. From here you can:
- Correct someone's entry — fixing wrong names or march sizes.
- Flag an entry as spam, which hides it from every roster without deleting it.
- Add a walk-in for someone who never filled the form.
- Import a batch from CSV, or export the lot.
Assignments
We recommend picking captains manually, but you can let the auto assign do it. The auto assign will fill the rosters by rank — tier first, then march size — until each tower hits its captain's rally capacity.
Two ways to auto-assign
- 1 shift
- Players are used for a single shift. This maximizes the amount of players who can contribute.
- Power
- This is the option to build your strongest possible towers. Someone available for both shifts can be placed in both shifts of the same tower. Higher total power, fewer distinct people.
| Name | Alliance | Class | Tier | March |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stormvane (Captain) | V&C | Fighter | T13+ | 734,000 |
| BrambleFox | KRN | Fighter | T13+ | 669,000 |
| NightHeron | OBL | Fighter | T13+ | 495,000 |
| CinderJack also in Hub (FIRST) |
KRN | Rider | T12 | 551,500 |
| HollowPine | VLT | Fighter | T12 | 476,500 |
A tower roster. The highlighted row is someone doing both shifts — flagged in place, ranked normally.
Tier limits
Cap how much of a march counts toward capacity, per tier — so a few large marches don't fill a whole tower. Set a master limit for the event, and override it on any individual tower. Enforce now applies a limit to people already placed.
Fixing it by hand
Change anyone's row directly: swap a person, trim their committed march to squeeze one more in, or add a fill-in under Additional using a secondary class. Anything you touch is marked manual and re-running auto-assign leaves it alone.
Clear supports empties the rosters but keeps your captains, useful if you want to assign to see how it goes, then clear and adjust tier limits before reassigning. Clear everything resets support and captains, a total wipe.
Attendance
During or after WK, check off your attendance in each tower: who attended, who no-showed, who captained, which shifts they covered. This is what the Boxes tab is built on, so it's worth doing properly.
Boxes
Organize the list for box rewards. Enter how many of each box type you have available, then award them per player. The counter tracks what's left and turns red if you over-award.
| King's | Ruler's | Loyalty | Contribution | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total available | 2 | 10 | 40 | 148 |
| Given out | 2 | 7 | 12 | 96 |
| Left | 0 | 3 | 28 | 52 |
| Name | Alliance | Attended | Captain | King's | Ruler's |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stormvane | V&C | ✓ | ✓ | 1 | 0 |
| BrambleFox | KRN | ✓ | · | 0 | 1 |
| Duskrunner | HVN | ✓ | · | 0 | 0 |
Box totals and awards. Each box type has its own color, and a player's name takes the color of the box they earned.
Filter stacks — combine Shift 2 with Empty box award to find exactly who's still owed something. Sort has a custom mode where you rank the criteria yourself, so box-holders float and the unrewarded sink.
Output
Plain-text rosters ready to paste into game chat or Discord, one block per tower, always in Hub → North → East → South → West order. Copy a single tower or the lot.
If you've saved a Discord webhook in Admin Settings, Send to Discord posts it straight to your channel, split automatically to fit Discord's message limit.
Other tools
Not part of the per-event flow — set up once, adjust when needed.
- Alliances
- This is the list of alliances players choose from on the form. Keep it current or people can't pick correctly.
- WK Grade
- State points across events. Record each war's hub outcome and it works out your points and grade, carrying the ending total into the next war.
- Questions
- Add your own fields to the signup form — text, number or checkbox — and choose where each one appears. Translatable into all eight languages.
- Form wording
- Reword any built-in label or hint, in any language, without touching code. Blank means "use the default".
- Roster
- The same public board your players see — but as an admin you also get tier, march, rally and power columns.
Eight languages, automatically
The signup form ships in English, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Polish and German. Players switch with the picker at the top — nothing for you to configure, unless you need to change a translation (which would be under Form Wording in the Admin area).
For everyone
Who can do what
Access is per state. Being an admin in one state grants nothing in any other.
| Can they… | Player | Admin | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Submit a signup | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| See the public roster | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Run events, rosters, attendance, boxes | No | Yes | Yes |
| See march / rally / power | No | Yes | Yes |
| Add or remove admins | No | No | Yes |
| Change the link or access code | No | No | Yes |
| Permanently delete an event | No | No | Yes |
Common Issues
A player says the link doesn't work.
Nearly always a partial link. Make sure that players have the full signup link.
Someone signed up twice.
Same name in two towers is flagged in red on Assignments so you can spot it. Remove whichever row you don't want, or mark one entry as spam on the Signups tab.
I re-ran auto-assign and lost my manual changes.
You shouldn't have — anything edited by hand is pinned and skipped by re-runs. If a placement did vanish, it was probably still auto-assigned; edit it once and it stays put.
Signups are still coming in after I closed them.
The event is still Open. Set it to Locked — the form stops accepting immediately.
We're done with an old event.
Archive it — it moves out of the main list, keeps all its data, and can be brought back. Owners can permanently delete an archived event once they're sure.
I changed our link and now nobody can get in.
Changing the link kills the old one instantly, by design. Reshare the new one from Admin Settings.
